Wendy’s has never disappointed! The food is always fresh and served quickly, and the staff treat you with genuine care. It’s my go-to place when I want both quality and great service.

Today I tried a spicy chicken combo from Wendy's, and I'm genuinely impressed not just by the food but by the outstanding service provided by the employee noor, greeted me warmly and served everything quickly with a friendly smile. The meal was freshly prepared. The chicken was hot, crispy. I really enjoyed it.

Today I purchased a Baconator from Wendy’s along with a strawberry lemonade, and I had a great experience both with the food and the customer service. The Baconator was delicious—two juicy beef patties stacked with crispy bacon, melted cheese, and fresh toppings, all held together by a soft bun. Every bite was flavorful and satisfying. The strawberry lemonade was refreshing and perfectly balanced, a great complement to the rich burger. The customer service was excellent as well. The staff was friendly and attentive, making the ordering process smooth and quick. They served my meal promptly and with a smile, which made the visit even more pleasant. Overall, the combination of tasty food and warm, efficient service made my Wendy’s visit a very positive one.

I tried food here first time. I never knew there is a Wendy in this area. I asked for everything fresh. Food was really good. I had to wait for some time for fresh food. They also have pineapple frosty.

This branch is in Desrochers. We ordered three sets of the "2 for $4 Mix and Match Breakfast" that morning, and the price was definitely affordable. The sausage in the sausage, egg and cheese biscuit is square shaped and a bit salty for my taste. The seasoned potatoes were quite good. The small hot coffee was just right for a fast food restaurant. ps. I would like to mention that the small hot coffee is originally CAD $1.99, so it might be most cost effective for people to order it singly.

Be patient with them, there is always a learning curve. I've seen many bad early reviews for this location. I purposely dine in to observe their employees. I think they're trying their best but for sure training takes time, same as everywhere else. At least I don't see anyone playing on their phone and throwing his/her coworkers under the bus. I'm sure it will get better over time. At the end of the day, we need to understand they got paid so little but under a lot of stress especially in rush hours. A few things I noticed about this location: -Their pricing is lower than other locations. (I'm paying a Dave triple meal here, yet, still cheaper than buying a Dave double meal in another location, which surprised me a lot. Not complaining tho) - Their Menu is very up close to the counter which is a nice touch. You can read it clearly - They didn't cover the thermostat in public. Anyone could change it for no reason. Not the worst could happen but there's a high school across the street. - All Gender Restrooms, hence, LGBTQ friendly - They have a power napkin dispenser right next to the washroom door. Sometimes a small detail would put a smile on customers

Usual good Wendy's quality. I like the new layout of Wendy's that have been built recently, like this one. I was not happy that all the delivery service folks (Skip, Uber, etc) were given preferential treatment at the pick-up counter over those of us who drove to the restaurant and dined in.
